Upcoming K-Drama The Witch Drops New Trailer Featuring Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui

The upcoming K-drama The Witch has released a new trailer featuring Park Jin Young and Roh Jeong Eui. The drama follows Dong Jin (Park Jin Young), who sets out to uncover the truth behind the mysterious bad luck that plagues Mi Jung (Roh Jeong Eui), a woman isolated from the world due to the misfortunes that seem to follow her everywhere.

The production team of The Witch shared, “The second teaser highlights Dong Jin’s fateful reunion with Mi Jung, after which he embarks on a dangerous journey to save her from the misfortunes that haunt her. As the only person who refuses to believe she’s a witch, Dong Jin is determined to uncover the truth and restore the life she’s lost. This story reflects Kang Full’s signature theme of redemption. We hope viewers will eagerly anticipate the premiere, just over a month away.”

The teaser opens with Dong Jin saying, “There must be a reason why we met again after so many years,” as he reunites with Mi Jung. He believes it’s his destiny, adding, “The people meant to meet will inevitably meet someday.” Mi Jung, isolated from the world and labeled a “witch,” left school on her own and lives in complete solitude, questioning, “Is it possible to live without meeting anyone?”

The only person who steps in to help Mi Jung is Dong Jin. Determined to change her life, he begins a risky journey to help Mi Jung re-enter society. With unwavering resolve, he declares, “I will definitely find a way. I’ll help her reclaim the life she’s lost.” As he faces countless obstacles, Dong Jin’s dedication to Mi Jung grows stronger, and he becomes more determined to uncover the mystery behind her curse, hoping to free her from the isolated life she’s been forced to live.

The Witch will premiere on February 15. Information about the K-drama’s availability on global streaming platforms will be announced soon.
