Undercover High School Episode 3 Twist: Seo Kang-joon’s Character Faces Expulsion

Actor Seo Kang-joon’s character is at risk of expulsion after being implicated in a school violence case.

On February 27, the production team of MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama Undercover High School (written by Im Young-bin, directed by Choi Jung-in) released new stills from the upcoming third episode, heightening anticipation for the broadcast. The images feature Jung Hae-sung (played by Seo Kang-joon), Lee Dong-min (played by Shin Joon-hang), and Park Tae-soo (played by Jang Sung-beom) attending a school violence countermeasure committee hearing (referred to as the hakpokwi).

Undercover High School is a suspenseful drama that follows National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent Jung Hae-sung as he goes undercover at a high school to investigate the disappearance of Emperor Gojong’s lost gold treasure. As he navigates the hidden dangers of the school, he finds himself entangled in unexpected conflicts.

The newly released images capture a tense scene where the school violence hearing is in full swing, with Hae-sung at the center of the controversy. He is accused of getting into a physical altercation with Tae-soo, placing him in a difficult position. However, it soon becomes clear that he is being framed, making the situation even more precarious.

Meanwhile, in an effort to prevent the issue from escalating further, substitute teacher Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Ki-joo) steps in. Determined to protect Hae-sung from the unfair allegations, she uses her quick thinking and resourcefulness to turn the situation in his favor.

Adding to the tension, the school’s director, Seo Myung-joo (played by Kim Shin-rok), observes everything with a sharp and calculating gaze. Her actions during the hearing remain unpredictable, raising questions about her true intentions. As the power dynamics between Myung-joo, Hae-sung, and Soo-ah unfold, viewers are eager to see how their fates will intertwine.

With stakes higher than ever, Undercover High School episode 3 promises a gripping storyline filled with suspense, deception, and unexpected alliances.

The episode is set to air on February 28 at 9:50 PM KST on MBC.
