Kang Su Hyun is a talented producer who trains idols using her own unique methods. However, she is unexpectedly fired from Pandora Entertainment. At home, Kang Su Hyun is the main earner in her family. Her husband, Sim Jun Seok, is a stay-at-home dad who looks after their son, Sim Jin U. Sim Jun Seok used to work as a music producer but quit his job after their son lost his hearing in a car accident as a child, so he could take care of the family.

To bounce back, Kang Su Hyun starts a new project to create a star. She chooses Yoo Jin U as her trainee. Yoo Jin U has spent 10 years training to be an idol but carries many struggles, like his parents’ debt and setbacks in his career. Just as he was about to give up, Kang Su Hyun selected him, giving him a fresh chance to follow his dream. Yoo Jin U begins training seriously again. Meanwhile, Sim Jun Seok feels a growing desire to return to music production, and Kang Su Hyun encourages him to become Yoo Jin U’s producer.
