Ji Chang-wook

In 2016, Ji Chang-wook starred as the male lead in tvN’s action-thriller The K2, where he played a bodyguard entangled in political conspiracies. His character, a man betrayed by his countrymen who later falls in love with a girl suffering from PTSD and sociophobia, captivated audiences. The drama received favorable reviews and maintained high viewership ratings throughout its eight-week broadcast. Later that year, he appeared in the web-drama 7 First Kisses, a promotional series for Lotte Duty Free. As his career progressed, Ji continued to take on challenging and unique roles. In 2021, he starred in the thriller film Hard Hit, portraying a mysterious caller who blackmails the protagonist and his family by threatening them with a bomb inside their car. Shortly after, he began preparations to establish his own one-man agency alongside his longtime manager, with whom he had worked for over a decade.
